MAKING AN ENQUIRY
From the moment an enquiry is received the thought process begins.  

Contact is made direct with the customer to initially establish the type of design that is required and agreement is then made on the final price.  A brief description of the recipient is noted; this information will relate to their lifestyle and interests and a  request for photographs and/or memorabilia will also be made (these being returned with the finished display).

An interim photograph of the display is available and can be emailed to the customer if desired.  On completion each display is labelled and packaged in an elegant custom made shoulder box.
